Bourbon Grapefruit Smash

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
  • ¼ cup Lillet blanc
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, plus more for serving
  • ice, for shaking the drinks


  • Combine the grapefruit juice, Lillet, bourbon, and rosemary sprigs. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture.  Shake for 30 seconds and strain into coupe glasses, discarding the rosemary.  Garnish each drink with a fresh sprig of rosemary and serve immediately.
